L&P mourns
the loss of
Jim Franks.

While 2009 brought many changes to our organization, none was more profound, or felt more deeply, than the loss of our friend and valued team member Jim Franks.

A Dallas native, Jim was 59 when he passed away in his sleep on November 16, 2009. He had just celebrated his ten-year anniversary with the Leggett & Platt Store Fixtures Group, having joined L&P as part of an acquisition.

Over the past decade, Jim impressed both his colleagues and his clients with his experience, enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to our business and our industry. More than a colleague, Jim was a true friend.

As part of our team, Jim supported important clients that included Blockbuster, Game Stop/Movie Stop and Radio Shack Corp. While our work with these valued clients will continue, Jim’s presence will be missed.

Jim is survived by his son Jeff Franks. We ask you to join with us in wishing Jim’s family all the best in the year to come.
